Mr. Thomas has over 20 years in construction experience, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Mr. Thomas has excellent skills as a construction manager as well as hands on skills in every phase of the construction process. In addition, Mr. Thomas obtained a proficient understanding of the construction industry practices, building methods, and materials. Resume Includes:

General knowledge of major building systems and how they operate
Knowledge of critical path scheduling and construction administration
Knowledge of understanding warranties , and conditions which void those warranties
Knowledge of construction site safety and procedures for handling hazardous materials.
